Hello. We are Psand with a silent 'P'. Bristol-based, with outlets in London and Portugal, we have been providing a full website design, build, host and support service since 1996. Internet veterans (but without the burn out) we've been there, seen it, done it, re-invented it and started again.

We have over 63 years CMS experience within the company and use this to deliver world class solutions to a variety of industries and sectors from automotive (Alfa Romeo, BMW, BMW Motorrad) to hotels (Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza, IHG) to global multi-language (FG Wilson). From mobile satellite connectivity, wireless networks, media streaming, website design, bespoke content management systems (CMS), small and BIG data management, there isn't much that we can't deliver.

Meet the team

Iain Kennedy Chief Executive Officer

Iain is one of the founders of Psand and is the principal architect of the Changing Pages CMS platform. He has more than 15 years' experience in the IT and telecommunications industries, holds an honours degree in Computing for Real Time Systems and a Blue Peter badge. He is a wonderful human being, charming and kind (can you tell the expense run is due to be signed off?).

Dave Gough Director of Operations

Dave studied Mechanical Engineering at Brunel University (we suspect with Brunel himself) and is a specialist in product, user interface design and cider drinking. He is our go to guy for project delivery, ensuring that specifications, costs and timescales stay on target and arranging the public flogging for those responsible if delivery dates come close to being missed.

Tanya Burek Financial Officer

Tanya is a survivor of the dot-com crash and the anchor of Psand, guiding us through financially smart decisions without hitting any mines along the way. She is an invaluable asset and a key player when it comes to company decisions. She also embraces the art of knitting, writing, photography and travelling with friends and family as often as possible.

Jasmine Parsons Digital Account Manager

Jaz is chief translator at Psand, she communicates client requests into technical jargon for the development team to action. Open and friendly, Jaz is always happy to pick up the phone and ensure all of our clients are smiling when Psand is mentioned. When Jaz isn't catching up with clients, she will be found looking through Instagram planning her next holiday destination.

Archie Kennedy Systems Engineer

Archie is constantly bringing new tech into Psand, upgrading and improving our servers and systems. He's like a dog with a bone when it comes to system administration. Archie is all about creating and maintaining flexible and reliable infrastructure. Not to mention his first prize in a national programming competition. Archies love for computer wrangling comes from his days as a whippersnapper, friends would pester him to set up computer game servers. We can't be sure his computer gaming days are over though..

Pierce Beckett Backend Developer

Pierce is king of bug squashing, specialising in backend development, no build is too big for him. His high skills mean he is the general dogsbody for Psand, fixing and improving anything the team throws at him. When away from his desk Pierce likes nothing better than going up mountains with his dog.

Dominique Teroy Designer

Dom is a graduate in graphic design and has been playing with art and design digitally for 30 years, back when PC's took up more space than a school bus. He started commercially doing posters and flyers for the rave generation. Dom loves the internet but avoids social media like the plague. These days Dom specialises in research and development for front end design principles for websites as well making things look glossy and fabulous. That goes for his garden full of flowers too.

Oleg Kiselevich Senior Developer

Oleg is conscientious, reliable, thoughtful and professional. He self-learns and self-motivates very well and invariably finds solutions to technical challenges; his ambition to achieve perfection is apparent in each task he undertakes. Oleg can go days without looking up from the computer screen, his dedication to programming is quite something.
